Early Winter Building Snow and Ice Across Much of the Upper the Northern Hemisphere

Michigan’s Wood TV 8 says snow and ice have started to accumulate across Siberia, in eastern Russia, in the Brooks Mountain Range in Alaska, and across northern Canada.

“Snow and ice is starting to accumulate in the northern reaches of the Northern Hemisphere. The map above from the National Operational Hydrologic Remote Sensing Center (NOAA) snows ice (in yellow on the map) and snow cover (in white),” reports Woods TV 8.
