China State Official Media (CGTN) reports that a “rare” summer snow occurred in mountainous regions in NW China’s Gansu province
The agency said, “Some mountainous regions in northwest China’s Gansu Province are now covered by four to five centimeters of snow. … The neighboring province of Qinghai has also seen snow since July 17.”
